Together We Grow
Coming Soon · Vancouver, BC
A beautiful Montessori community in the heart of Vancouver, where children are celebrated, supported, and inspired to grow with independence, curiosity, and confidence.
Our Philosophy
“The most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the first one — the period from birth to the age of six.”— Maria Montessori
At the heart of everything we do lies the Montessori philosophy — a timeless, research-backed approach to education that honors the child as a naturally curious, capable, and self-driven learner. We do not simply adopt Montessori as a method. We live it. We breathe it. It is the soul of our school.
Montessori philosophy places independence, intrinsic motivation, and deep concentration at its core. We believe that when a child is given the freedom to choose, the space to explore, and the time to focus without interruption, something extraordinary happens — they stop performing for approval and start learning for joy. That inner spark, once lit, never goes out.
“The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind.”
We see every child as a blank canvas — not empty, but infinite. Full of possibility, waiting not to be filled, but to be awakened. Our role as educators is not to pour knowledge into young minds, but to gently guide each child in discovering their own unique voice, strength, and way of seeing the world. This is not just education. This is the art of growing a human being.
Through our Montessori Casa Learning approach, children engage in hands-on, self-paced, meaningful work that builds critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deep love of discovery. But we also believe that a truly well-rounded child needs more than academics alone.

Letter from the Principal
“Some journeys begin with a textbook. Mine began with watching my two sons grow.”
Raised in a Montessori environment, my boys showed me something no classroom theory could fully teach — that when a child is trusted, respected, and given the freedom to explore, they do not just learn. They flourish. That lived experience as a mother became the seed of everything this school stands for.
My path in education has been shaped by two worlds. Growing up and studying in China, then building my career and family in Canada, I came to believe that the very best educators are those who can draw from the richness of many cultures — taking the wisdom of the East and the open-mindedness of the West, and weaving them into something greater for every child in their care.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Economics from UBC, combined with my ECE certification, AMS Montessori certification, and over five years of dedicated practice in Montessori early childhood education, I founded this school with one clear intention: to create a place where every child — regardless of background — feels seen, capable, and inspired.
We do not believe in rushing childhood here. We believe in honoring it. Our Montessori approach invites children to lead their own discovery, guided by educators who observe deeply, respond thoughtfully, and nurture the whole child — mind, body, and spirit.
This school is my heart’s work. Every child who walks through our doors becomes part of our story. Every day I walk through these doors, I am reminded of why I started — for the children, with the families, alongside every educator on this team. We are all growing together, and we are all learning for life.
