Together We Grow

Our Team
Our community is built by educators who observe carefully, guide respectfully, and believe every child is capable of meaningful growth.
A Letter from Our Founder
If someone asked me what Together We Grow means, my answer would be surprisingly simple.
It means home.
Not simply because I hope our classrooms feel warm or beautiful, but because I believe that after home, there is no place more important in a young child’s life than the school they walk into each morning.
It is where children begin to build confidence, form friendships, discover independence, and slowly come to understand who they are becoming.
Every morning, families place something incredibly precious into the hands of a school: their child.
That trust is not something a school earns only once. It must be honoured every day— through genuine relationships, careful observation, thoughtful guidance, and the small moments that help children feel safe, known, and deeply valued.
Becoming a mother changed the way I understood education. Watching my two sons learn and grow through Montessori taught me lessons no textbook ever could.
I witnessed what happens when children are trusted, given meaningful choices, and surrounded by adults who respect both their independence and their individuality. Learning became joyful, confidence grew naturally, and curiosity was never something that needed to be forced.
Living between different cultures also reminded me that, although every family is unique, parents everywhere hope for the same thing: a place where their child will be safe, understood, respected, and encouraged to become fully themselves.
At Together We Grow, belonging begins with relationships. Children who feel understood become confident learners. Families who feel heard become trusted partners. Together, we create a community where every child knows they matter.
That vision became the beginning of Together We Grow: a Montessori school where childhood is respected, independence is nurtured, and every family feels genuinely welcomed.
Montessori is the foundation of everything we do, but to me, it is more than beautiful materials or carefully prepared classrooms. It is a way of seeing children— with patience, respect, curiosity, and confidence in their natural desire to learn.
Our name is also our promise. Children grow. Families grow. Educators grow. Communities grow. Together.
I hope that from the moment you walk through our doors, you will feel what inspired this school from the very beginning: that this is a place where every child belongs, every family is valued, and every journey begins with trust.
Welcome home.

How We Teach
We watch carefully, seek to understand, and offer guidance that respects each child’s developmental readiness and growing independence.
Educators model calm communication, grace and courtesy, consistency, and respect in every interaction with children and families.
Children thrive when families and educators communicate openly, share insight, and work together with trust and a common purpose.
