Program Eligibility
Who Our Casa Program Is Designed For
Together We Grow offers a full-day mixed-age Montessori Casa experience. Before beginning the admissions process, families are encouraged to review the core program requirements below.
Toilet Trained
Children are required to be toilet trained before admission and ready to manage basic toileting routines with age-appropriate guidance.
Full-Day Program
Families follow their assigned staggered classroom arrival time, with regular dismissal by 5:00 p.m. Optional early and late care are available by registration.
Family Partnership
We seek families who value respectful communication, consistent attendance, and the Montessori approach to independence and learning.

After a place is offered, families complete the enrollment package and submit all required supporting documents and fees.

The Family Interview
The interview is a thoughtful conversation—not a test. It gives our school and your family an opportunity to learn more about one another before an admission decision is made.
We may discuss your child’s interests, routines, previous group experiences, independence, communication, health or support needs, and your hopes for a Montessori education.
Participation in an interview does not guarantee admission. Decisions remain subject to available space, program suitability, classroom balance, and final school approval.

After an Offer
Completing the Enrollment Package
When a place is offered, families receive the enrollment package and supporting school documents. Enrollment is not confirmed until all required items have been received and approved.

When a Space Is Not Immediately Available
Families may choose to join the waitlist. A waitlist application does not guarantee enrollment. We will contact families when a potentially suitable space becomes available and explain the next stage of the admissions process.

Questions Families Often Ask
What ages does Together We Grow accept?
Our full-day Montessori Casa program is designed for children ages 2.5 to 5 at the time of enrollment.
Does my child need to be toilet trained?
Yes. Children must be toilet trained before admission and able to manage basic toileting routines with age-appropriate guidance from educators.
Is the family interview required?
Yes. The interview takes place before our admission decision and helps the school and family discuss the child, Montessori expectations, family goals, and overall program fit.
Does attending a tour or interview guarantee admission?
No. An inquiry, tour, interview, or waitlist application does not guarantee admission. Enrollment remains subject to available space, program suitability, classroom balance, and final approval.
What are the regular and extended-care hours?
Classroom arrival is staggered between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., according to the child’s assigned class schedule, with regular dismissal by 5:00 p.m. Optional early care is available from 7:30–8:30 a.m., and optional late care is available from 5:00–6:00 p.m., subject to registration and availability.
When is my child’s enrollment officially confirmed?
Enrollment is confirmed only after the school approves the placement and receives all required forms, supporting documents, the registration fee, and the required security deposit.
What happens if there is no space available?
You may choose to join the waitlist. The school will contact you if a potentially suitable space becomes available, but waitlist placement does not guarantee enrollment.
